Bacon Sandwich

On John Dwyer's White Sandwich, Bloomer or Tin 800g

Our bacon sandwich is a gorgeous cushion of loveliness

Ingredients and Info

5 - 10 minutes minutes
Serves 1 - strictly no sharing

You will need:

  • 2 rashers bacon - back or streaky
  • 2 slices of John Dwyer's crusty bread - White Sandwich, Bloomer or Tin
  • Butter
  • Brown sauce, ketchup or mustard


  1. Fry the bacon for a few minutes each side - cook a little more depending how crispy you like it
  2. Slice two pieces of bread
  3. Butter the bread or make room in the pan and dip in the bread to mop up any stray juices
  4. Place the bacon on the bread and drizzle the sauce on top.
  5. Press together and tuck in
