Bacon Sandwich
On John Dwyer's White Sandwich, Bloomer or Tin 800g
Our bacon sandwich is a gorgeous cushion of loveliness
Ingredients and Info
You will need:
- 2 rashers bacon - back or streaky
- 2 slices of John Dwyer's crusty bread - White Sandwich, Bloomer or Tin
- Butter
- Brown sauce, ketchup or mustard
Method:
- Fry the bacon for a few minutes each side - cook a little more depending how crispy you like it
- Slice two pieces of bread
- Butter the bread or make room in the pan and dip in the bread to mop up any stray juices
- Place the bacon on the bread and drizzle the sauce on top.
- Press together and tuck in
